Please kindly take note that Orange Electronic has started to use new sensors for their P409S. You can verified new sensor by its code P420TX. Enhancement are always being made to the current products.
Current production all comes with the P420TX Sensor. If you have seen any BRAND NEW IN BOX that comes with a P409S sensor, chances are these are old stock and may not even be covered under warranty from Orange Electronics Taiwan, warranty will be at the vendor's expenses or worst by you.

Your warranty is important. We have you covered!
Your warranty starts from the date of purchase and is dealt with locally. No need to send back to Taiwan at your own cost and wait.

We also have replacement parts like valve stem and sensor.
A replacement sensor should be labelled as "SPARE" not the same as what you have gotten when you have purchase a new set. If you get such an exchange. it is likely that the sensor is being taken off from a brand new package and replaced.

*Notice the word "SPARE"?

We invest in check tool to check your sensor as well. This is known as the OPSS II.
Rather than guessing if the sensor is still working, we can check them with this tool now with accurancy.
